Housing a motor set in a limited workspace.

Due to limited working space and an applied opening in the left corner of the room, it was not possible to set up the lifting gantry entirely within one room.

For this reason, two recesses were made in the adjacent wall. This allowed the structural beams of the lifting portal to be mounted through the wall, so that the second half of the portal could be set up in the adjacent room.

After building this structure, a longitudinal lifting beam was installed, equipped with trolleys and chain hoists, then the 2nd lifting gantry was hoisted down.

The existing motor set was then disassembled in cooperation with the client and lifted out of the basement through the floor opening. Subsequently, the new motor set was inserted in the same way and accurately positioned.
